I was allergic to milk as a child (and chocolate, which is awesome when your favorite thing is chocolate milk). It’s great that there are so many alternatives now. I remember when my son was having gi and sinus issues while breastfeeding and my wife was pulling her hair out trying to find the culprit. Eliminating dairy helped, but only 50% or so. Probably the most frustrating time so far as parents. I feel your pain. Read more
